Are AGRICORTES products original?

Yes of course! We only have genuine products from the brand’s manufacturers.
If you are not convinced of the quality of the purchased item and need clarification, just contact our support service (+351) 966 781 533.

If I need more items, how should I proceed?

Add the material in stock to the shopping cart and complete the purchase.

Go back to the product and it should say Availability: On Order. For more information about this product, fill out the Form.

If you want other items?

Submit the Budget form.

Do prices include taxes?

Products are always priced with and without VAT.

Do prices include shipping costs?

No, because shipping depends on the destination, volume and nature of the products.
For the Continental Iberian Peninsula we offer shipping for amounts excluding VAT above 250€.
But glass and very bulky or fragile products are shipped differently.

Do you offer special discounts?

All items are at the best retail selling price.
Only Workshops, Parts Stores or Machinery and Equipment Dealers can benefit from wholesale discount terms.

Can we return purchased products?

Yes and it’s easy. It must be sent to our address, in the original packaging and with the product identification labels fully legible.

  • In the event of a defective item, it will, whenever possible, be replaced with another item of the same reference. If it is not possible to provide another item of the same reference, the Customer will receive a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used by the Customer.
  • The costs related to returns are assumed by the Customer.
  • The costs related to sending the replaced item are the responsibility of AGRICORTES, only in cases of replacement due to a defect in the original item.

To which countries does AGRICORTES ship?

For the European Union on delivery to the destination address.
Outside the European Union, conditions are under quote with delivery to the destination address, but always with customs clearance costs borne by the buyer.
